1. The service
You submit a supported video link. We extract a transcript (via our transcription providers or a speech-to-text fallback), generate a newsletter draft and platform-specific social posts with large language models, and place them in your dashboard queue. Depending on your publishing mode — Auto-Pilot or Review First — drafts are either queued for your approval or scheduled for publishing to the accounts you have connected. A Telegram bot interface is available for submitting links and approving drafts.
The Service processes video links. We do not host, mirror, sell or redistribute the source video.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
- Accounts are for a single user. Passwords must meet the strength rules the sign-up form enforces.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including Telegram-linked activity.
- Administrator and owner roles are held by the platform operator and grant access to account management and configuration tools.
3. Plans, credits & limits
Every plan is metered in credits. 1 credit = 1 minute of video, rounded up: credits charged = ceiling(video duration in seconds ÷ 60). A 9 minute 30 second video costs 10 credits. All limits are validated on our servers before processing begins; values sent from a browser are never trusted.
| Plan | Price | Credits | Max video | Videos |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free Trial | $0 | 15 credits, one time (never refilled) | 10 minutes | Limited only by trial credits |
| Smart Assistant | $7/mo | 50 credits per billing period | 10 minutes | 5 per month |
| Smart Agent | $11/mo | 300 credits per billing period | 60 minutes | Unlimited |
| MediaMorph Autopilot | $18/mo | 900 credits per billing period | 150 minutes | 15 per month |
Paid-plan credits are granted per billing period and do not carry over. A video longer than your plan's maximum is rejected before processing and costs nothing. Plan pricing and limits are configurable by the operator; the table above always reflects the current configuration, and the pricing page is the live source of truth.
4. Free Trial
New accounts start on Free Trial: 15 credits granted once, at 1 credit per minute, with a maximum of 10 minutes per video. Trial credits are never refilled. When they run out, or if the operator ends your trial, processing stops until you upgrade. No payment is required to start the trial.
Trial length: [ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED]. Where no global duration is set, a trial stays open until its credits are used or the operator sets an end date on the account. Unused credits do not extend access past an expiry date.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. Your plan in the app is updated from Paddle's verified subscription events, not from the browser.
Promotional first-period pricing currently applies to Smart Assistant (49% off the first billing period, then $7/mo), Smart Agent (30% off the first billing period, then $11/mo), MediaMorph Autopilot (70% off the first billing period, then $18/mo). A promotional price applies once; renewals bill at the standard price.
Upgrades and downgrades are applied through Paddle with proration where applicable; a scheduled downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period. Cancellation, renewal and refund details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Manual payment methods may be offered at the operator's discretion and are activated only after review.
6. Your content & video links
- You are solely responsible for the links, videos, transcripts and prompts you submit and for the content you publish through the Service.
- You confirm you own the video or have the rights and permissions needed to have it transcribed, repurposed and republished. The Service grants you no rights in third-party content.
- Do not submit content you are not permitted to process, or content that infringes copyright, privacy or platform rules.
- You keep ownership of your inputs and of the drafts generated for you. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your inputs and operate the Service on your behalf.
7. AI-generated output
Drafts are produced by automated systems and large language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, non-original or unsuitable for your audience. We make no guarantee of accuracy, originality, legality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
Review before publishing. You are responsible for verifying every draft, including claims, names, figures, links and compliance with each platform's rules and any disclosure requirements. If you enable Auto-Pilot, you accept that drafts publish without manual review.
8. Connected accounts
Connecting beehiiv, Buffer, Facebook, LinkedIn or Telegram authorises us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, so that drafts can be queued and published. You may disconnect at any time from settings or from the provider. Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider's terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, rejections or rate limits.
On plans that allow you to bring your own model keys, you are responsible for the usage and costs incurred on those keys.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Process or publish illegal content, or content that infringes copyright or other rights.
- Use the Service for fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, or deceptive impersonation.
- Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
- Circumvent plan limits, credit metering, video-length checks or trial restrictions — including multiple accounts to obtain extra trial credits.
- Manipulate credit balances or usage records, or interfere with the billing, entitlement or webhook flows.
- Abuse the AI, transcription or publishing providers we use, including automated bulk requests beyond your plan, resale of raw model access, or scraping our endpoints.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
10. Availability & changes
The Service depends on third-party providers for transcription, AI generation, publishing and payments. It is provided on an as-available basis and may experience downtime, provider failures or rate limits. We may change features, providers, plans and limits; material changes to plan limits or pricing are reflected in the app and on the pricing page.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel any paid subscription. We may suspend or terminate an account, or disable processing access, for breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. Where practical we will tell you why. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account data — see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
12. Disclaimers & liability
The Service and all generated output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost audience, platform penalties, or the consequences of publishing AI-generated content you did not review. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by [ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. Business details on record: [ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED] · [ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED] · registration [ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED] · tax/VAT [ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED].
