[ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED]

This document describes how MediaMorph AI actually works today. It is a production-ready draft, not legal advice, and has not been reviewed for a specific jurisdiction. Anything marked [ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED] must be completed by the business owner before public launch.

This policy lists the cookies and browser storage MediaMorph AI sets, based on what the application actually does today. See the Privacy Policy for how account data is handled more broadly.

1. Summary

We use a small amount of strictly necessary and functional storage to keep you signed in, remember an interface preference, and run checkout. We do not run analytics, advertising, marketing pixels or cross-site tracking of any kind — there is no Google Analytics, no ad network and no third-party tracking script on this site. Because nothing non-essential is set, there is no consent banner to click through.

2. What we actually use

CategoryName / typePurpose
Essential — authenticationSession token (browser local storage, set by the authentication provider)Keeps you signed in between page loads and authorises requests to the dashboard and Admin Console. Removing it signs you out.
Functional — preferencessidebar_state cookieRemembers whether the dashboard sidebar is expanded or collapsed. Expires after 7 days.
Essential — paymentsPaddle checkout scripts and their own cookiesLoaded only when you open the upgrade/checkout overlay, so Paddle can run the transaction and fraud checks. Governed by Paddle's own policy.

Publishing integrations you connect (beehiiv, Buffer, Facebook, LinkedIn) use short-lived redirects during authorisation. Those flows happen on the provider's own domain under its cookie policy; we store the resulting access token encrypted in our database, not in your browser.

3. Categories

  • Essential — required for the app to work: authentication session storage and the Paddle checkout scripts loaded when you open the upgrade overlay. These cannot be switched off while using the dashboard.
  • Functional — remembers the sidebar layout preference. Clearing it only resets the layout.
  • Analytics — none in use.
  • Marketing / advertising — none in use.

4. Managing storage

You can clear cookies and site data for this domain from your browser settings at any time. Clearing the authentication session signs you out; clearing the preference cookie resets the sidebar. Blocking all cookies and site storage for this domain will prevent sign-in from working. Paddle's storage is governed by Paddle's privacy policy.

5. Changes

If we ever add analytics or any non-essential tracking, we will update this page and add the consent controls that applicable law requires before switching it on.
